Since going into isolation, I’ve relied on my 2020 journals a lot more for mental clarity and to record memories of these wild times. Today I’m showing you my 2020 journal setup that I’ve been working on since January. It’s minimal, function and simple which has really helped me focus on reinforcing the habit of daily journaling instead of getting caught up in all the details.

    Have kept a journal increasingly more since 2006, first for my work, because I do dream interpretation, and later for progress thoughts about my paintings. The content is for me more important than the container, so ai don’t have all the fancy stuff that you have. I am pretty organized, but I don’t want to get obsessive about journaling:)

    Thank you for following She’s Fighting for Her Freedom. Once, years ago, journaling was such a routine that I would finish two journals a month. Now I buy journals because of the way they look but I am quick to write thoughts on any paper available. I like how organized your journal looks and I admire your discipline.
